serving you. In order to make your event a success we need your
assistance. The Following information may answer questions relative
to planning your function.
We require a confirmation of attendance at least
48 hours in advance. This number will be considered a guarantee.
A minimum of 35 menu items per banquet must be purchased. Elio's
understands that your count may change, and is prepared for 5%
above or below this guarantee. Changes will be adjusted accordingly.
A minimum deposit of $5.00 per person is required to hold the
room. Deposits for the room are required upon confirmation of
the reservation. A deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs
30 days prior to scheduled function. Cancellation within 48 hours
of the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
All prices are subject to change at any time. All food and beverages
must be catered by Elio's. As a licensee, we are responsible
for the administration of sale and service of alcoholic beverages
in accordance with the Department of Alcoholic Beverages Control's
regulations. Therefore, in compliance with the state law, all
hard liquor must be supplied by Elio's. In order to serve your
party promptly and professionally, we must limit your choices
to two entrees. Should two entrees be selected, one starch will
be chosen to complement both meals. Special dietary meals are
available upon request and are not considered part of the entrée
selections. We also request the use of color coded food tickets
when serving parties with a selection of two entrees. All meals
will be served promptly at time specified. Any delay may result
in and additional charge.
Elio's will assume no responsibilities of the damage, loss of
theft of any equipment or articles left prior, during of following
a function. The reserving party is responsible for the conduct
of their guests and for any damage of theft that may occur during
the function. NO TACKS, PINS, NAILS, OR STAPLES, or items of
that nature may be used on any painted walls. Masking tape may
be used on wood only. You are responsible for any damages. DJ/Bands
must be advised of this stipulation.
Dance floor is available at a $55.00 rental fee. We have access
to other meeting room aids and equipment.
Room rental ONLY is included with all prices. An 18% gratuity
AND sales tax will be added to all menu items. Breakfast and
Lunch Banquets include four hours of use; Dinner Banquets include
five hours of use, but functions must end at 11:00pm. If the
function exceeds the allotted time or the 11:00 pm deadline,
a $100.00 per hour charge will be added to the final bill.
